You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
What Can Be Returned?
- Items must be unworn or unused, with all tags attached.
- Original packaging must be included.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Contact Us: Simply email us at support@chopstickcrafted.com. Let us know what item(s) you'd like to return or exchange and the reason for your request.
- We'll Respond Quickly: Our friendly customer service team will respond within 24 hours (usually sooner) with return instructions and (if applicable) information on exchanging for a different item.
- Return Your Items: Once approved, securely pack your items in the original packaging and send them back to us using the address provided in the return instructions. Please note: You are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
